1. The service
Adam Umrah Transportprovides pre-booked, fixed-price private ground transfers between Jeddah Airport, Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah and Madinah Airport in Saudi Arabia. A booking is a transport service for the vehicle and route shown in your confirmation, not a per-seat service.
2. Quotes and pricing
Quoted prices are fixed per vehicle for the route, date and vehicle class you select, including tolls and airport Meet & Greet. Seasonal rates apply during peak periods and are always included in the quote shown before payment. A quote is valid for 15 minutes; after that a new quote is required.
3. Payment
Payment is taken online in full at the time of booking via our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your card details. Your booking is confirmed when payment succeeds, and your confirmation and booking reference are sent to the email address you provide.
4. Pickups and flight delays
For airport pickups, provide your airline and flight number so we can track your arrival; your driver is scheduled against the actual landing time. For other pickups, please be ready at the agreed time and location.
5. Changes and cancellations
Cancellations at least 24 hours before pickup are fully refunded, and guests can cancel without an account using their booking number and last name. Inside 24 hours, contact us atinfo@adamumrah.com— late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable by default. See the fullcancellation & refund policy.
