Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

To fulfil a booking, Adam Umrah Transport collects your name, email address, phone number, journey details (route, date, vehicle) and, for airport pickups, your airline and flight number. If you create an optional account, sign-in is handled by Auth0.

2. Cookies and analytics

We use necessary browser storage for security, bookings, payments, currency preferences and your privacy choice. Google tags load with analytics and advertising storage denied. Before you choose, Google may receive cookieless consent and usage signals. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics uses cookies and full measurement data to measure visits and how the site is used. We do not currently use marketing trackers. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie Settings in the footer.

Your consent choice is stored for up to six months. Google processes Analytics data under its Privacy Policy and applies the retention period configured in our Analytics property.

3. How we use it

Your data is used to provide the transfer you booked: sending your confirmation, scheduling your driver, tracking your flight and contacting you about your booking. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and never touch our servers. See Stripe's privacy policy for how they handle payment data.

5. Sharing

We share only what is needed to operate your transfer: your name, pickup details and contact number go to the driver or transport provider assigned to your booking.

6. Your rights

To access, correct or delete your personal data, emailinfo@adamumrah.comwith your booking reference and we will respond to your request.
